With extensive experience across the US, Middle East, Africa, and Europe, Ahmed has had the privilege of consulting for a diverse range of clients on MySQL, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Supercluster, Exadata, Goldengate, Multitenant, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, RMAN, Oracle Streams, Oracle Grid Control, and database migrations and upgrades. His work involves not only the technical aspects of these systems but also facilitating sessions to define user requirements, developing and delivering end-user training, creating and maintaining project schedules, and preparing and presenting project briefings to executives.
Traveling to countries such as the UK, France, Turkey, Oman, KSA, UAE, Qatar, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda has broadened his perspective and enhanced his ability to adapt to various cultural and business environments. Ahmed has held roles ranging from Database Administrator to Principal Advanced Support Engineer, gaining invaluable insights and skills in database management and support engineering.
His journey in the tech world began with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Cairo University, which laid the foundation for his technical expertise. Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Database Administrator Manager and Principal MySQL Solution Engineer, where he has been instrumental in managing and upgrading complex database systems.
Ahmed’s passion for teaching is evident from his time as an Oracle Instructor, where he guided students in Oracle DBA, Oracle Developer, and Java courses. Additionally, his military service as an officer has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and leadership, further shaping his professional approach.
