About Me
I have over 22 years of experience in law, specializing in areas such as family law, RERA, civil and consumer litigation, the NI Act, criminal law, and POCSO. I have had the privilege of representing vulnerable communities, including women and children, ensuring justice, protection, and compensation. My experience spans the high courts and the Supreme Court, where I have filed significant Public Interest Litigations (PILs) on topics such as accessibility for disabled individuals, plastic bans, waste management, and environmental rights. Throughout my career, I have focused on driving systemic change, empowering marginalized communities, and advocating for a fairer society.
As a trainer and speaker on women's rights and the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace, I am passionate about legal education and empowerment. I have dedicated much of my career to providing guidance on navigating complex legal frameworks, conducting litigation, and ensuring justice. Through these efforts, I have helped shape the future of aspiring law students and legal professionals by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a dynamic legal landscape.
My work in human rights law has allowed me to advocate for causes such as tribal rights, environmental protection, and the rights of disaster victims. I have collaborated with various legal bodies and communities to drive legal reforms that have had a lasting impact. From handling cases of sexual abuse to advocating for child victims in POCSO courts and addressing international legal issues like marine law and foreign repatriation, I am committed to empowering others through education and advocacy. I firmly believe that change begins within and that legal empowerment can transform lives and communities.
