His journey has taken him to 27 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America, where he has consistently delivered innovative and effective solutions for communication service providers (CSPs). Recognized among the top 10% of Ericsson Key Contributors in both 2009 and 2014, Hemant's dedication and expertise have earned him several personalized C-suite endorsements and a Leadership Level v1.0 Certification.
As part of the core team that initiated Ericsson India Global Services' OSS, BSS, and IT engagements with CSPs globally, Hemant has a proven track record of securing 12 individual Agreements of Sale (AoS) worth approximately $3.50 million. His innovative solutions have generated nearly $850,000 in recorded innovations for Ericsson, with his 'CS4.0 System Dimensioning Tool' being included in Ericsson's Global Repository as a reference tool. Hemant’s collaboration with engineering and architecture teams, operations staff, marketing and system product managers, and 3PP partners has been pivotal in gathering ICT requirements to produce, sell, and deliver comprehensive and cost-effective ICT solutions.
His career includes diverse roles and responsibilities, from steering application management across the digital stack in T-Mobile's IT Transformation to selling and delivering various OSS/BSS/IT solutions in Tier-1 Telcos across Africa and the Middle East. Hemant has been instrumental in large-scale telecom solutions, focusing on OSS/BSS Transformation programs, IT Service Enablement, and Service Applications. His ability to rekindle and deliver stalled projects, alongside his extensive experience in system integration and hands-on training, underscores his commitment to excellence and continuous learning in the ever-evolving telecom landscape.
