His technical proficiency also extends to the use of Split Desktop Technology for fragmentation analysis and Blast Tie Up Technology, ensuring precision and efficiency in blasting operations.
Throughout his career, Isaac has developed and refined best practice systems, tools, and techniques that significantly enhance Drill & Blast functionality, driving optimal operational outcomes. In his role as a Senior Mining Engineer, he has demonstrated a strong ability to manage and produce mine plans that align with both operating budgets and long-term business objectives.
Isaac’s responsibilities have included the creation, review, and revision of drill designs and charging plans, ensuring safe execution and optimal performance. He has consistently provided quality assurance through routine field inspections and has maintained strict compliance with standard procedures to achieve effective fragmentation.
