    Isaac is a seasoned mining professional with specialized expertise in short and medium-term planning, as well as core Drill & Blast activities within the mining industry. He possesses extensive experience in utilizing a wide range of industry-leading software, including Alastri, Surpac, Minesight 3D, XPAC Scheduler, and Talpac. His technical proficiency also extends to the use of Split Desktop Technology for fragmentation analysis and Blast Tie Up Technology, ensuring precision and efficiency in blasting operations.

    Throughout his career, Isaac has developed and refined best practice systems, tools, and techniques that significantly enhance Drill & Blast functionality, driving optimal operational outcomes. In his role as a Senior Mining Engineer, he has demonstrated a strong ability to manage and produce mine plans that align with both operating budgets and long-term business objectives.

    Isaac’s responsibilities have included the creation, review, and revision of drill designs and charging plans, ensuring safe execution and optimal performance. He has consistently provided quality assurance through routine field inspections and has maintained strict compliance with standard procedures to achieve effective fragmentation. His commitment to cost control has played a key role in maintaining expenditures within the Drill & Blast function, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of mining operations.

    Academically, Isaac holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology in Tarkwa. This strong educational background has equipped him with the technical knowledge and practical skills required to excel in mine planning and Drill & Blast operations.
