Julie Ragatz Norton, PhD is an executive leader, educator, and philosopher with more than two decades of experience spanning higher education, financial services, and professional learning. She currently leads advanced planning initiatives for one of the nation's largest registered investment advisors, where she oversees multidisciplinary teams, develops strategic programs, and creates educational content for financial professionals nationwide.
Julie holds a PhD in Philosophy from Temple University, where her research focused on the philosophy of economics and the nature of expert knowledge. She has taught philosophy, leadership, ethics, and the meaning of work at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and serves on the Editorial Board of Financial Planning Review.
Throughout her career, Julie has designed and delivered educational programs for university students, executives, and industry professionals, combining academic rigor with practical application. She founded Starweaver to help subject matter experts, organizations, and universities transform their expertise into engaging online courses that educate, inspire, and scale their impact.
