Dr. Marcia Smart is an International Certified Gallup Strengths Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, Experienced Facilitator and Keynote Speaker with expertise in designing, developing and facilitating leadership and management programs for all levels from Individual Contributors to Managers of Managers and Executives. The founder of Informal Leadership, Dr. Smart believes that learning and leadership is a lifelong process and is an advocate for building on the positive and maximizing strengths. An avid Educator, she has served as Adjunct Faculty in the Doctoral Leadership Studies Program at Gonzaga University, Spokane, WA, Business Faculty at the University of Phoenix, and is an Alumna of the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University. Passionate and committed to the development of future leaders, Dr. Smart has been active in her community as a mentor to Young Business Professionals.
