About Me
With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and network engineering, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as an instructor. My academic journey, which includes a PhD and MSc in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, has laid a strong foundation for my professional endeavors. Throughout my career, I have specialized in managing and optimizing complex communication systems, including FTTH, LTE, and CDMA networks. My role as a team leader in various projects has honed my skills in project management, team coaching, and strategic planning.
In my capacity as an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager, I have led significant initiatives in network management, including the implementation of security policies and the creation of operational plans. My hands-on experience extends to troubleshooting network components, coordinating with various teams, and managing performance metrics. My technical acumen is complemented by my ability to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver detailed technical reports.
Beyond my technical roles, I have been a dedicated freelance trainer for nearly two decades, imparting knowledge in areas such as LTE, PMP, and Linux. My teaching experience spans various institutions, where I have conducted courses on GPON/FTTH, VoLTE, and more. This dual role as a practitioner and educator allows me to provide a practical and insightful learning experience for my students.
