Holding a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, Dr. Elgamala has played a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cutting-edge communication systems, including FTTH, LTE, CDMA, and MSAN networks across major infrastructure projects in the Middle East.

As O&M Manager at Telecom Egypt, he led large-scale initiatives involving network security, SLA compliance, and operational planning. His work encompassed hands-on troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and coordination between technical teams, utilizing tools like NetNumen, NCE/U2000, AMS, and iMaster.
