Dr. Mostafa Elgamala is a highly experienced ICT Consultant, Network Engineer, and Instructor, bringing over 20 years of expertise in telecommunications, mobile networks, and technical training. Holding a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, Dr. Elgamala has played a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cutting-edge communication systems, including FTTH, LTE, CDMA, and MSAN networks across major infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
As O&M Manager at Telecom Egypt, he led large-scale initiatives involving network security, SLA compliance, and operational planning. His work encompassed hands-on troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and coordination between technical teams, utilizing tools like NetNumen, NCE/U2000, AMS, and iMaster. His strong command of multi-vendor platforms (Huawei, ZTE, Nokia) and proficiency in scripting, Windows/Linux system administration, and IP core troubleshooting has consistently contributed to network resilience and operational excellence.
Beyond his technical leadership, Dr. Elgamala is a passionate educator and freelance trainer, having delivered specialized training in LTE, PMP, FTTH, Red Hat Linux, CCNA, Ansible, and Cybersecurity for over two decades.
