Dr. Natalie Disque is an accomplished Senior IT Program and Project Manager, educator, and cloud and cybersecurity specialist with over 20 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level technology initiatives. Holding a Ph.D. in Information Technology and Organizational Leadership, she brings a strategic mindset and a deep commitment to excellence in both professional and academic settings.
Throughout her career, Dr. Disque has led large-scale programs across financial services, education, and tech sectors, including notable roles at Wells Fargo, Capital One, Pacific Life, and The Estée Lauder Companies. She has managed programs in identity and access management, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and Agile transformation, often serving as the strategic bridge between business goals and technology execution.
As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The College of St. Scholastica for over two decades, she has designed and delivered graduate-level courses on topics such as Agile Project Management, Quality Management, IT Project Management, and Leading Global Teams. She also provides guidance as a thesis advisor and actively contributes to curriculum enhancement, creating engaging, tech-enhanced learning environments for students.
