With a rich background in both academia and the corporate world, I bring over three decades of expertise in Transactions, Corporate Advisory, and Independent Directorship to my role as an instructor. My journey began with a strong foundation in accounting and finance, further enhanced by my qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Over the years, I've had the privilege of shaping the minds of future leaders as an adjunct faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management, where I have been teaching elective courses in Investment Banking, Project and Infrastructure Finance, and other corporate finance subjects for nearly 24 years. Beyond the classroom, I have extensive experience as a corporate trainer and visiting faculty at numerous prestigious institutions. My career spans roles such as Director and Company Secretary at CST Valinox Limited and Director at Jupiter Bioscience, among others. This diverse professional background enables me to offer practical insights and real-world applications in my courses. Additionally, I am a co-founder of Symphony Music Group, providing comprehensive music solutions for Bollywood and regional films, demonstrating my multifaceted talents and commitment to excellence in various fields. I have authored three influential books on investment banking and corporate strategic finance, which are widely regarded as essential resources in the field. My publications include "Investment Banking - An Odyssey in High Finance" (Tata McGraw Hill, 2005), "Corporate Strategic Finance - A Definitive Approach to Structuring and Financing Corporate Businesses" (SnowWhite Publications, 2011), and "Investment Banking - Concepts, Analyses and Cases" (McGraw Hill TMH-CFM Series in Finance, Second Edition 2013, Third Edition 2017).
