Rahul Kaundal is an engineer at heart with a career deeply rooted in the technology and telecommunications sector. He has spearheaded numerous Telco Network Projects, spanning technologies from 2G to 5G, and built a reputation for driving innovation across Radio Access Networks, Transport Networks, AI/ML, Automation, and Cloud Systems.

Throughout his professional journey, Rahul has contributed to every stage of telecom projects—from design and operations to strategic evolution—gaining a wealth of expertise and reinforcing his passion for technological advancement. His work with a diverse range of organizations, including telecom equipment manufacturers and leading global telecom operators, has enriched his technical knowledge and professional insight.

Rahul’s career has also taken him around the globe, allowing him to live and work in multiple countries. This international experience has sharpened his ability to lead and collaborate with cross-cultural, multi-national teams, and has deepened his appreciation for diversity in the workplace.

He holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, complemented by an MBA from Deakin University, with a focus on business development and strategic management. His technical expertise covers telecom network design, planning, optimization, and evolution, while his business acumen includes strategy formulation, design thinking, financial analysis, and agile methodologies.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Rahul is passionate about family, travel, and fitness. He actively shares his knowledge and insights through blogs and courses focused on telecom technologies, aiming to inspire and educate the next generation of engineers and tech leaders.
