As an engineer at heart, I have dedicated my career to the technology sector, spearheading numerous Telco Network Projects that span from 2nd Generation to 5th Generation technologies. My journey has taken me through the complexities of Radio Access Networks, Transport Networks, AI/ML, Automation, and Cloud systems. Each project, whether it involved design, operations, or strategic evolution, has enriched my expertise and fortified my passion for driving technological advancement. My professional path has allowed me to collaborate with a diverse array of organizations, from telecom equipment manufacturers to leading global telecom operators. These experiences have not only expanded my technical acumen but also given me the privilege of working and living in various countries, immersing myself in different cultures and working environments. This international exposure has honed my ability to navigate and lead cross-cultural, multi-national teams, fostering a deep appreciation for diversity in the workplace. In addition to my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, I have enhanced my skill set with an MBA from Deakin University, focusing on business development and strategic management. My technical expertise includes telecom network design, planning, optimization, and evolution. Beyond technical prowess, I have cultivated strong entrepreneurial skills such as strategy formulation, design thinking, financial analysis, and agile methodologies. Outside of work, I am passionate about family, travel, and fitness, and I share my knowledge through blogs and courses on telecom technologies.
