Ray’s career spans pivotal roles in quality and technical management, particularly during his tenure at Ohio Star Forge, where he led high-impact initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturing operations for the automotive and industrial sectors. His expertise also includes significant contributions at Mercury Plastics, Bliss Manufacturing, and Stoneridge, Inc., where he advanced capabilities in engineering and production supervision.
In parallel with his industry work, Ray is a passionate educator and course creator, delivering practical, high-value online training for today’s manufacturing professionals through the Manufacturing Academy. His courseware—recognized for being accessible, cost-effective, and industry-relevant—covers essential topics such as error proofing, equipment effectiveness, and quality systems.
