As General Manager at Lexington Technologies, he oversees the production of precision components for the forging industry, applying decades of hands-on knowledge in machining, heat treating, and tooling systems.

Ray’s career spans pivotal roles in quality and technical management, particularly during his tenure at Ohio Star Forge, where he led high-impact initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturing operations for the automotive and industrial sectors. His expertise also includes significant contributions at Mercury Plastics, Bliss Manufacturing, and Stoneridge, Inc., where he advanced capabilities in engineering and production supervision.

In parallel with his industry work, Ray is a passionate educator and course creator, delivering practical, high-value online training for today’s manufacturing professionals through the Manufacturing Academy.
