Sandip is a seasoned Senior Agile Coach with over two decades of diverse experience in the ICT sector, specializing in large-scale agile transformations and enterprise agility. With deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Lean practices, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and the Disciplined Agile Toolkit, Sandip has successfully guided organizations across multiple sectors—including banking, defense, energy, and telecommunications—through complex agile journeys.

His professional journey includes impactful roles at leading organizations such as Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Thales, and bp, where he has led multi-million dollar agile programs, facilitated Program Increment (PI) planning, and delivered hands-on coaching at all organizational levels. Academically, he holds an MBA in Marketing and IT and a B.Tech in Computer Engineering. Sandip’s credentials include SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC), PMI Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), and ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching. His multilingual fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi, coupled with his global experience across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, allows him to bring a truly international perspective to agile coaching.
