With over three decades of service in the Indian Army and a robust foundation in mechanical engineering, my journey has been one of continuous growth and learning. My career began in the corporate sector at Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co, where I honed my skills in design and production. Transitioning to the Indian Army in 1988, I took on diverse roles across 18 different locations, gaining extensive experience in technology and human resource management. My tenure included leading IT services, managing large teams, and overseeing significant administrative and technical projects. This rich experience has shaped my approach to teaching, blending practical insights with strategic thinking. My academic qualifications complement my practical experience, including an M-Tech, MBA in Financial Management, and a PhD in Management. Throughout my career, I have pursued various Army and civil courses to enhance my expertise. This academic foundation, combined with my extensive field experience, empowers me to offer comprehensive courses in engineering and finance. My passion for teaching management and finance subjects drives me to deliver content that is both insightful and applicable, preparing students for real-world challenges. In addition to my military and engineering background, I have developed and delivered specialized courses on stock market investment and financial management through platforms like Udemy and my own e-learning site.
