Susy Martins is a globally recognized Chief People Officer, Executive Coach, and Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic transformation across more than 20 countries. With a career spanning technology startups, financial services, and industrial giants, Susy has led multi-million-dollar initiatives in HR strategy, operational excellence, and global expansion—building high-performance cultures and scaling organizations with precision.

Susy is the Founder & CEO of Advise2Rise, where she partners with executive teams on strategic HR projects, leadership development, and international scaling. She previously held top leadership roles at companies including Clearco, ApplyBoard, Allianz Partners, Manulife, and General Electric. In these roles, she managed global teams, billion-dollar budgets, and high-impact transformation programs that reshaped talent strategies, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

Armed with an MBA from Ivey Business School, and a Leadership Coaching Strategies certificate from Harvard, Susy also holds multiple certifications in neuroscience coaching, innovation governance, and people experience strategy. She is a Founding Member of the HackingHR Expert Council, a faculty talent lead for the Council of Canadian Innovators, and a recognized Woman of Influence in Canada’s leadership landscape.
