Zoltan Vass

Zoltan is a transformation and delivery leader with over 19 years’ experience helping major organisations deliver technology, digital transformation and change programmes, including Oracle, Mintel, Odeon, Selfridges, Sweaty Betty and Bioline. 

His strength is translating business strategy into practical transformation: designing and delivering complex programmes, strengthening software and product engineering, empowering people and creating the governance needed to scale with confidence.

Most recently, his focus is on enterprise and SME AI transformation and adoption, developing operating models, governance frameworks, trainings and practical implementation approaches that enable organisations to adopt, govern and scale AI safely. Alongside this, he is the process of developing capability in ISO/IEC 42001 Artificial Intelligence Management Systems, giving organisations the option to build compliant AI services and products, and prepare for audit-readiness where required. Zoltan holds a CPD certification as an AI Professional from the University of Oxford (100% given for the ‘How to Drive AI in Your Business’ Module). He has been also named one of British Interactive Media Associations' (BIMA) Top 100 Most Influential People in Digital (Tech Trailblazer) and a Tech Industry Gold accredited expert supporting industry-aligned training programmes.
