This professional course introduces healthcare leaders and practitioners to the practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation in clinical settings. Designed to move beyond the hype, it delivers a clear, actionable roadmap for how AI can improve both patient outcomes and operational efficiency in hospitals and clinics.

Through case studies, hands-on labs, and interactive discussions, learners will explore AI-powered clinical decision support, patient flow optimization, digital workflow integration, and the ethical and regulatory considerations that shape responsible AI adoption in healthcare. The course blends theory with applied learning, ensuring that participants not only understand the concepts but also leave with practical skills they can use immediately in their organizations.

Learners will benefit from real-world examples such as Cleveland Clinic’s Hospital 360 platform and insights from MEDCAN’s digital transformation journey. The course also addresses clinician burnout, system inefficiencies, and compliance risks—making it uniquely relevant to the challenges healthcare professionals face today.

By the end, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to evaluate, implement, and lead AI initiatives in their own clinical or administrative settings.
