This Cloud Security course is an introduction to Cloud Security and how its applied across the major cloud providers. The course contains ~60 lectures and 4 hours of content taught by Tim Chase, an experienced Cyber Security leader.
Starting with some fundamentals about what are the different types of Clouds and why people move to the cloud, the program will change into teaching an understanding of cloud security fundamentals. This includes digging into how network security, application security, and compliance work in the Cloud. Once we establish the basics, we will move into Cloud specific functions to learn how to build applications in the cloud. We will work across the 3 major cloud providers and see they are all similar but yet different in the way they handle security. In the end we will be able to draw out how we can build an application infrastructure in the Cloud using native cloud services.
