    As the Director of Procurement & Business Transformation at Beneffrey Consulting, Iain specializes in navigating complex, high-risk procurement challenges, global supply chain management, large-scale contracts, and the integration of Social Value and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks into corporate strategies. His focus is on providing expert guidance, training, and support to help organizations achieve sustainable and impactful transformation.
