As the Director of Procurement & Business Transformation at Beneffrey Consulting, Iain specializes in navigating complex, high-risk procurement challenges, global supply chain management, large-scale contracts, and the integration of Social Value and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks into corporate strategies.
