I am an experienced finance and business management professional in the hospitality industry with over 15 years of expertise. My journey includes authoring a comprehensive guide on budgeting and forecasting principles for hospitality and founding eHotel Management School. Through this online platform, we offer more than 30 courses covering various aspects of hospitality management, benefitting over 100,000 students globally. As the Chief Financial Officer at Htoo Hospitality, I oversee the business for six destinations and 15 hotels, managing an inventory of over 800 rooms and a workforce of 1500+. In addition to my CFO role, I also serve as the acting CEO and head of business, strategizing and navigating the reopening of key hotels post-COVID.
