  • Conduct legal research and analyze labor laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitration, and court proceedings involving employment disputes.
  • Assist organizations in creating and implementing compliance programs to adhere to labor laws.
  • Advise on workplace safety regulations, union negotiations, and employee benefits compliance.
